Delivering consistent training with full reporting

We were approached by a global facilities management specialist company, who had won a large portfolio of buildings for a global client. The portfolio included buildings throughout the UK and as part of mobilisation the operations team had a challenge with providing training for their cleaning operatives on the ground. As the regional cleaning specialist said “giving training to operatives who are based all around the country, working at different times, and then making the training consistent is almost impossible – as part of the contract with the client, we have to provide this and need a way of making it simple”

With this challenge, they turned to the MyTraining team and found the solution they so badly needed! Using the training platform, and subscribing their operatives on to the system meant the operatives would have training delivered to them on their mobile devices in weekly, bite-sized amounts. This achieved the requirement of making sure training was delivered to all operatives regardless of where they were based in the UK. As the management said, “it also gives us full visibility in knowing what training has been done, which operatives need some help, and full reporting so we can actually demonstrate to our client how we are building a strong partnership to keep their sites running smoothly”.
